    White labelling in 6.0.5

I have a brand new installation of Umbraco 6.0.5 (the free version) upon which I am building a base site with various content that will change regularly.

Along with this, I need to be able to provide "white label" versions of the same site. I hope to run these from the same instance on the same server (with the same database), but depending on the URL that is used to access the site, some of the styling and/or content should change.

For example, if I access the site from www.my_base_site.com, I want to the the my_base_site header (including the my_base_site logo, name and contact details) and my_base_site content pages.

If I then access the site from www.my_white_label_url.com, I want to see the my_white_label page header (inlcuding the my_white_label logo, name and contact details), but the same my_base_site structure and content presented.

Specifically, the changes required on the white label versions will likley consist of...

    • Logo's and page headers (i.e. identification of the site from "my_base" to "my_white_label"
    • Colour schemes
    • Contact details (probably on a footer, an "about" page and/or a "contact us" page

Is this something that Umbraco can provide, and if so is there any documentation available as to how I should go about it?

As a side; I am not looking to simply copy the site and restyle it. As previously stated, my_base will be a dynamic site with regular updates and I only want to have to apply those updates once with the white labelled sites then picking up those changes in the base content and presenting them correctly.

    Thanks.
