    Allow users to upload files

    Hi all,

I was just wondering if there was a way to alloow user to upload files and have them stored....so that they can open them at a alater date. Is there a plugin that I can install etc? Or do i have to programme it myself, sending it to my own database?

    Thanks,

You can allow them to upload files to the media section and have media picker on your doctype

Another option is to add a upload data type to your doctype.

Oh and by the way, what I meant by this post is to allow users visiting the site to upload files, not for users with the credentials to be able to login to the development section to upload files.

Sorry if I have caused confusion.

    Thanks,

    Callum
