Otherwise Tim Geyssens (Mr. Nibble.be, MVP, Core-teammember etc.) has also made some very nice videos about new sections on umbraco.tv right here. They are not free, but is pretty cheap in my head, when you think of all the video-material you'll get access to.

i have added a new section(For example: test) in the Sections tray..
i would like to add a page to it which shows some informations.
if you can let me know the steps to do it?

With the example you linked is impossible to create a custom tree!
