    Dictionaries in Chinese doesn't work

    Umbraco: 4.9.0

    If I create a new language and chooses Chinese as culture I get this error:

    System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object at umbraco.library.GetDictionaryItems(String Key)"

    But if I set the culture to Chinese (Simple, PRC), everything works.

    Any ideas ?
