    Media Picker with "Create New"

    Hi,

    I'm using Umbraco 4.0.2.1. I need to have data type like Media Picker but with possibility to create new item. Just like in "Richtext editor" in Insert/Edit image popup there are 2 tabs: Choose and Create New. Is there any existing solution or I will have to create my own data type?

    Hi G,

    Umbraco 4.1 will feature an improved media picker (with upload possibility in the select dialog). It should be possible to extract the code  of the improved mediapicker and package it up so you can use it on 4.0.2.1.

    Hey this sounds good...

    Is anyone working on such a backport?

    Is 4.1 improved media picker stable enough to be worth the effort?
