Could you ellaborate a bit more on what it is you need to achieve? The specific thing you're asking about does not exist as far as I know.
But please try to explain what you're trying to achieve...then maybe there is another option.

There is in an uComponent Url Picker that enable to add url / media / content (http://ucomponents.codeplex.com/wikipage?title=UrlPicker)
but there isn't filter for content as other content pickers.
As example the uComponent Multi-node Tree Picker has XPath Filter field(http://ucomponents.codeplex.com/wikipage?title=MultiNodeTreePicker)

Yeah the Url picker is really nice - but unfortunately there does not exist a hybrid between the url picker datatype and the multinode tree picker.
It would be nice to be able to lock it down like the MNTP though...
