is it possible to upload files to a specific location?

I need to provide XSD files to some customers. If i upload them as media items umbraco is creating a folder id. Instead of this i want to upload it for example to domain.com/files/XSD

Is this possible?

I dont have acces to the file explorer on the server so i need the umbraco backend to handle this

Any idea how this can be achieved?
