We are currently running Umbraco 4.9 (yes, it is old) for a while. Our users complained the content were reverted automatically without a reason for couple of times.
For example the user claimed to updated some contents on certain date, and other people reviewed and confirmed the changes, however I could not find any related history on cmsPreviewXml table on that date.
