    Use different images for Umbraco "save" and "save and publish" buttons?

    UI Questions

    I am able to swap out the images successfully but there are inline styles that make the controls a little funky.

     

    Does anyone know how to go about making this kind of customization?  Javascript?  Some master page?

    Hi Carlos

    What are your reasons for wanting to change the icons? Is it because they're not clear enough?

    I'm just going to make you aware that the downside of changing the core of Umbraco is that these changes are lost should you need to do an upgrade at a certain time in the future.

    However though I think you should be able to add your modifications using a javascript - If I remember corretly you need to modify /umbraco/editorContent.aspx

    Hello,

    If you use Umbraco 7 the icons have been replaced with text buttons so it's clearer already.
