Depending on which version of Umbraco you use, maybe you could try the uTwit package from Matt Brailsford. There should be an version of the uTwit package for Umbraco version 4.xx, 6.xx or 7xx. http://our.umbraco.org/projects/website-utilities/utwit
Another package you could try take a look if you´re using a version 4 is utweets http://our.umbraco.org/projects/website-utilities/utweets
I haven't tried working with the packages myself, but hope this helps,
