On Umbraco 4.7, I've created another user with admin rights. When I login under it, I can do everything but I cannot see the main admin user (the one created when installing Umbraco) in the tree.
I think it's normal behavior. When you think about it the only one that should be allowed to mess around with the master administrator account should be the master administrator.
So even though another user gets the administrator role they should not be able to change the password etc. for the master administrator.
