I'm using V4 and thought I'd try out the Ultimate Picker. I've created a doctype and added the Ultimate Picker to it, giving it the name of "Add Document" and the Alias of "articlePicker".
However, when I create a new document using that doctype, or when I try to edit an existing document of that doctype, the control itself does not appear.
I see the element - "Add Document" on the relevant tab. but no control.
Does something in Umbraco need to be activated before this control can work?

Ignore me. i've worked it out. The datatype needs to know what parent node it's starting from. Once it has that it works fine.
