Under change password tab, when I click reset password check box the New/Confirm text boxes disappear. Then if clicking the button "Change" nothing happens.

I'm curious what this does too. Anybody know what this checkbox does?
Sadly, this seems fairly unsophisticated. It apparently just changes the password to a random password:
Was hoping there was a process that forces a user to change their password on first login, and it seems this is not that.
