Is there any restrictions for editors with regarding deleting from the Recycle bin in Media?
One of the users complained of timing out when trying to delete but I couldn't see any settings stopping users from deleting from Media.
Sounds like it could be timing out due to size rather than them having access to. I've not used a permission to disable emptying of recycle bin
How many items are in there?
there were 1200 - I've deleted them all with no problems which is why I wondered if there was some permissions that I hadn't managed to find for non-administrator users.
