    extremely strange behavior in cms

So today I log in to Umbraco, and suddenly I cannot see beyond the root node in Any module (Content tab just shows the Content node with nothing under it, Settings tab just shows the Settings node with nothing under it, etc. across the board), and clicking on anything in Users or Contour gives this error:

No provider with id '3f92e01b-29e2-4a30-bf33-9df5580ed52c' found

In the list of Users, which is the only list I can expand on the whole site without an error, I don't see the Admin user even though I am logged in as him.  If I try to create a user, I get this:

ERROR CREATING CONTROL FOR NODETYPE: formssecurity

What is going ON here?  I've never seen anything like this.  The website looks Fine, but Umbraco is ALL screwed up!

    Help,

    Garrett

Yes, but I wonder what would have caused this suddenly after it had been working fine for so long?  All of the configurations indicated in this document:

    http://umbraco.org/pro-downloads/Contour-Install-Guide.pdf

Are in my ui.xml file, as well are the configs in web.config.  I find the "

No provider with id '3f92e01b-29e2-4a30-bf33-9df5580ed52c' found

" error to be more curious, as this sounds like some kind of Licensing issue maybe.

If anyone else has seen this ProviderException error, please ping this thread.  This is a live site and the CMS is Not currently functional at all!
