Using Umbraco v. 6.2.5 with no issues until last week. Suddenly, when anyone publishes or updates a page, three notification emails are sent to each person for every action. What would cause this?
It's hard to define the problem from that point of view.
Do you have notifications when people add new pages ?
Administrators get notifications of that ?
When a page is updated or published, Umbraco sends a typical notification such as "[www.azbar.org:80/umbraco] Notification about Publish performed on PageName". Recently Umbraco has started sending these notices to each person three times.
I used to be able to see the email sends in the log file but they do not appear to be there any more, just an entry about the page being published.
