You could also try to play around with some of the packages for video inserting, which are listed here http://our.umbraco.org/projects/tag/video#projectList

<plug>This package should work for you!</plug>  The other projects in http://our.umbraco.org/projects/tag/video seem to be for embedding external content, not for embedding your own flvs from the media library.  I should probably update that package at some point...

but im not totally clear on how to install it into umbraco, what steps do i take to install it?

Hi Chris

To install the package you need to go to do the following

1) Download the package to your computer

2) Go to the developer section in Umbraco and select "Packages"

3) Choose to install "Local package"

4) Browse to the package you have just saved on your computer and follow the installation steps.

Then you should be ready to go.
