I've not done it, but you could set up an instance of Doc2Form that publishes blog posts and put the form in a password-protected area with an iphone friendly stylesheet?
@daniel sbbs - Have you successfully posted with a desktop tool like Live Writer? I'd recommend debugging w/ something other than iBlogger.
Have you set up the channel for the user? If you switch to another user, then back, were the channel settings saved? I had an issue with that, but resolved it by populating the password field as well before saving the user.
@dandrayne - Yes, endless possibilities w/ metaweblog api support. Love it.
@Nathan No missed the channel tab, have the same problem but doesn't help also editing the password, do I have to type something in the Name field on the content channel tab?
Yes, you have to set up the user's channel before you can use the metaweblog api goods.
Here's the details for an out of the box BlogForUmbraco4 installation:
Name the channel whatever you like
Select the "Start Node in Content - "Blog"
Select a Start Node in Media Library (nice to separate out the blog post images into another folder)
Document Type "BlogPost"
Description field - "Body Text (bodyText)"
Category field - "Tags (tags)"
Excerpt field - leave blank
Hit save, click a different user, go back and ensure that the settings were saved properly (if not, you'll need to try the password workaround I mentioned earlier).
You can go back and tweak the mapping of the fields once you get it working (I haven't done that yet).
The only problem i have with iBlogger and this setup is if I set the Category field to Tags, then when I post from iBlogger I get an error:
"Object reference not set to an instance or an object", or If I select a tag that has alredy been entered I get "Input string was not in a correct format."
Hey guys I know this topic is old but I cannot find the iBlogger app anywhere, looks like it has been removed from the app store. I have a need for my client to manage his blog from iPhone, are there any alternative options?
Blog from iPhone
Anybody who knows if it is possible to make blog entries from any iPhone apps (iBlogger, BlogWriter etc) on a site containing BlogForUmbraco4?
If possible how have you done it?

Dan
Umbraco - and blog4umbraco - supports metablog api so most iPhone blogging apps should work.
Anyone got experiences good or bad?
Tried to setup the with iBlogger but can't get it to work.
First step:
URL: should be link to the blog
Second step:
Username:
Password:
Access URL:
Is this the umbraco username and password and what should the access url be (have tried with link_to_blog/umbraco/umbraco.aspx, but this doesn't work)
Your access url should be: link_to_blog/umbraco/channels.aspx
I can confirm that I can post to my blog from iBlogger running BlogForUmbraco4.
I should clarify... link_to_blog should be your domain (www.yourblog.com).
I only recently set my site and blog up, but here's the post from iBlogger:

Sweet, one more line on proposal forms from now on!
I get message: No channel found for user with id '2'.
Have tried with the admin account aswell but nogo
