    White space (paragraphs) keep getting added before a macro in Tinymce

    Anyone know how to fix the added whitespace that keeps appearing each time we save a content page with a macro in the content area?

    The macro's keep moving further and further away from the top of the page each time we save the page...

    They appear to be empty <p> tags

    I'd like to know this too. It's very disturbing, and can f*** the design up around the site :)

    I looked into this fairly recently and the only solution I could find was to write a regex script to strip all blank paragraphs from the code upon submission.  Either that or remove them client-side with Javascript.  Far from ideal, as this problem has bugged me too, and these 'solutions' don't really cut it.  Maybe someone has found an alternative approach by now?

    I'd like to add that it is happening to me as well. Very frustrating and and causing me to rething parts of the design of my system. Unfortunately I do not have a suggestion other than to reorganize.

    If everyone that encounters this error could please vote for the issue on codeplex, maybe it'll get a fix in the future!
