Today I open Umbraco admin page, in the content group I see only the Content nodes, all of the child nodes are gone! If you have been in the similar situation like mine, please help!
This other topic on the forum sounds similar to your. Check for javascript errors in your browser, you have error's then it's likely that th ajax toolkit has changed.
Also, make sure that all of your permissions are correctly set.
All my content nodes, templates, macros are gone, please help!

try to recycle the application pool and reload the page afterwards...

@Sebastiaan Janssen : Thank you very much. I've followed the link and found out that I have accidentally overwrote my .dll files in bin folder ;-)
