Hi,

I have noticed that I can't see any info in the action column of the Audit Trail dialog.

Looking at the code I can see that some info is inserted by Umbraco, but nothing is shown (see the following snippet):

I have this same behaviour on several different version: in 4.0.2.1 and 4.0.3 I can't see anything; in 4.0.4.1 I can see the text and some icons (e.g. Publis but not Save).

Is this a known issue?
