Setting permissions for the Content node

    Here is my website tree:

    Content
    |- Home
    |- Node 1
    |- Node 2
    |- Node 2

I can set permissions for the "Home" node and all ohters but what i'd like to to is block the "Editor" user from create anything new under "Content".
Can i do that? I didn't find a place to set this kind of permission.

    I was thinking...

I could set the user to start on the "Home", and it's actually a perfect answer to my question.
The thingie is i didn't explained everything. So, here we go...
The tree actually looks more like this:

    Content

    |- Home

    |- Node 1

    |- Node 2

    |- Node 3
      |- Sspecial Content

    |- Node 1

    |- Node 2

So, if the user starts on "Home", he won't be able to access the "Special Content" node.
Before move "Special Content" under "Home", which could be a solution to the above scenario, I would have to set "Home" to allow "Special Content" as a child. If i do that, the "Editor" will be able to create other document of type "Special Content", what i can't (or don't want) to allow.

So, i hope somebody can help me understand it better.
