When I remove the uploaded file with Umbraco interface, the file is deleted in Blob archive, but the "thumb" images are not deleted.
If I delete the Media item, the linked file (and related "thumb") is not deleted.
Are they issues of Umbraco?

Blob archive was not cleaned
