I am not sure, what you mean with shrink images.
But probably no. There is nothing within this package that can help you here.
I guess you have two independent Umbraco instances one for stageing and one for live. Each has it's own databases and the URLs for the uploads are stored in the database. Even when you configure the same Azure Storage on both environments (btw. you should NOT do that - as you will very likely get overrides) the databse entries are independent - live does not know what you have done on stage and vice versa.
Courier was once a package for synchronising two environments. However I do not know whether this is available for version 7.2.4.
How to shrink media section in staging and live websites
Hello,
I am using umbraco v7.2.4 and images are stored in Azure server from staging environment.
Now, In my live server images are not seen which uploaded from staging server.
So, Is there anyway we can shrink images in both live and staging environment. So I can upload images from staging and view in live.
Please help
