The focus setting is a great idea and will be implemented in the next version!
About the icons I'm not yet 100% sure. I remember having seen this icon+text style somewhere and kind of liked it. However you are absolutely right about the localization issue. I'll look at the whole localisation thing probably next week (also content localisation), so will let you know. :)

Will hopefully find time to tackle the localization issue next week. Thought maybe about a new setting which would let you switch between Images and Images with text, but don't know yet.
Just uploaded version 1.1.1, unfortunately I get an error when I try to edit the package page, so I'm afraid you'll have to download the package yourself from here to check out that awesome focus feature (I'm also doing a select on the text if it's a textbox of kinds).

First of all thanks for new version.
I'd like to ask for small improvement - automatically add focus to first item after clicking on add link. It can help adding new data quickly.
Second change which I'm thinking about is using icons only (maybe with tooltip) without text. UI will be less language dependant.
