    4.6 compatibility?

    Is it safe to assume this isn't compatible with 4.6?  Or do I have a bigger problem?

    Hi Tony

    According to this wiki entry, which contains a list of tested packages on 4.5 this datatype is not working probably on 4.5, so I think it's safe to assume it does not work on 4.6 either.

    Oh, I've got it working fine on 4.5.2.  But for some reason it's not recognising my API key on 4.6.1

    I use it with 4.6 - If you'd descrive the issue I may be able to help troubleshoot.

    On the content node, if I open a page that uses the datatype I've made I get the pop-up telling me I need an API key.  I've put it in there. It's in the config file.  The link when I get the alert, goes to a 404 too

    Are you up to date with the latest version of the package?

    I've had these issues reported before and fixed them.

    If so, please let me know - Umbraco version, package version, OS and SQL server version etc.

    Any screenshots of the error would be beneficial.

    Darren, apologies.  It's me being a complete and utter doofus.  Copied site from one server to another and neglected to change the domain in the config file.

    You are right, this fantastic package works a dream in 4.6.1.  Thanks for all your work

    umbraco v 4.6.1 (Assembly version: 1.0.4029.25836) on windows 7 ( .net 4  !!! )

    is this compatible with .net 4 ?

    Install goes fine but there is no datatype.

    Likely a problem with your setup - it does work in this configuration.

    So you don't get anything under datatypes in the developer section?

    I initially overlooked having to create the datatype.

    OK it works. I did not know that I have to create a datatype. 

    I had to edit the place.config by hand because maybe of multiple install/uninstall operations got the system "confused".

    Great job and thanks for the hint.
