This is strange! Difficult to know what to suggest, guessing there where no error messages with the Google Maps installer?
If you're comfortable with databases, could you take a look in the "umbracoLog" table, to see if there are any error messages related to this? (or you could install a package such as F.A.L.M. Housekeeping or Log Manager?)
Failing that, double-check the /bin folder... check if the old "FergusonMoriyama.Place.dll" is still there ... if so, delete it - it might be causing a conflict!
Render control missing
After installing the package on Umbraco 4.7 I create a datatype. After saving there is no Render control named "Ferguson Moriyama place".
Hi Michael,
v2.0 of the data-type is now called "Google Map".
Cheers, Lee.
I looked for that too... Well it's the eyes that first go blind... ;-)
Thanks...
I couldn't find it either... any good?
