I have installed v. 2.0.6 in a v. 4.11.8 Umbraco installation... I had already v. 2.0.5 of this package installed and sometimes when installing a new version of a package it adds a new tree.
Usually I can just deselect the files and uninstall, but after deselecting and click on "confirm uninstall" it just reload the page and doesn't seems to uninstall/remove the tree.
Could I remove it manually with just modify the trees.config file in /config folder?
Thanks for reporting this. Unfortunately it is an Umbraco core issue - as when you install a package it will treat it as a new (separate) package, not an upgrade - which is why it creates a duplicate item.
The good news is that this is only used for display purposes, so you can safely edit and remove the previous version from the following config file:

Hi Lee
I just removed the duplicated package node in the config file for v. 2.0.5 of the package and now only get one tree node :)
Thanks :)
