v2.1.0 Wrong сss path

Hi, Mario

Good to see new config screen, very nice really.

But it couses a problem with blank sidebar dialog.

The problem is you pick an implecit relative path like /css/yourcss.css instead of explicit path like ~/css/yourcss.css.

Yup, bug still present
