    Can't see the MyLocks option in the context menu

    I am trying to install MyLock on v6.1.2, and it all works well until I have to lock an item. The "[MyLocks.Lock]" menu item simply isn't present in my context menu.

    I have tried to use a new installation and use the demo site. To the Blog Post template/content type I have added the My Lock datatype:

     

    If looking at the context menu, the lock option simply isn't there.

    I have tried to log in and out, but with no success.

    You could always make a change to the web.config to see if it starts showing up.

    Another thing, are you an admin?  You may need to add the privilege to the user group you are assigned to.

    Oh, make sure the alias name on the doc type field is "myLock", like so:

    Thanks Jon, 

    My alias was named myLocks and not myLock. After chaning the Alias it works.
