What version of Umbraco and the package are you on?
Assuming that the "NewsletterStusio"-part of the folder was a miss-spelling this should "just work". We rely on the standard Umbraco translation features for the backoffice which uses the logged on Users selected language.
It might require a restart of the application?

I just addes the
file.
My Backend Umbraco User has German (Germany) language set but the NewsletterStudio language is still in english.
Do I manually have to change values?
