Unfortunately, when I installed the version for Umbraco 9, I could not find the option to control the sending by throttling. But this would be important for my customer, because he sends his emails via a server from 1&1, which allows a maximum of 50 emails at once.

The throttling feature was dropped in the newer versions of the package. Mostly because it was not widely used. It's still not on the roadmap as the moment but this might change in the future.
