today, a customer reported to me that he received a message regarding a page blocked by Norton Antivirus.
Apparently the tracking is interpreted as "phishing":
We use a standard tracking-pixel/click tracking just like any other solution on the market or like a JWT-token so I can't really speak for why Norton would see this as having something to do with phishing.
I have not seen this for any other clients, maybe this has something to do with the underlying website itself or maybe the way that the emails were sent/used. I really don't know.
If Norton made a new evaluation, what did they look at? Is this website a legit website in the first place?
