There is an issue with a campaign's detailed report not showing any information.
The summary report (in the latest campaign area on the dashboard) does show data (and indicates the number of recipients who have opened and clicked on links etc).
The campaign sent the newsletter to 161 recipients.
I have duplicated the campaign and sent it to a test mailinig list (with 5 recipients) and both the summary and detailed report show the data ok.
The campaign is in a workspace with a valid licence.
We are using Newsletter Studio version 10.0.9.
Using Chrome's inspector tools shows that one of the Newsletter Studio's Ajax requests is encountering a 500 Internal Server Error:
I have taken a copy of the site and installed it on my local pc so I can inspect the data recorded for the campaign.
If I delete 2 specific nsTrackingCampaignInteraction records, the report displays ok.
However, if I include the 2 specific records, and delete another 16 specific records, that report displays ok also.
So it is the combination of the 2 specific records with the other 16 records that causes the exception when attempting to view the detailed report.
Would it be possible for you to e-mail me some more information about these records?
Please reach out too: markus [at sign here] enkelmedia.se so that we can look closer - it sounds like either a bug in the report or that a duplicate is inserted in some way.
Please include as much of the information from
nsTrackingCampaignEmail and nsTrackingCampaignInteraction tables as you feel comfortable with (eg. remove email addresses if not test addresses).

Hi Kevin!
Sorry to hear that you are having issues!
Could you try to look into your trace log (Settings -> Log Viewer) to see if you can find more details (and stack trace) about the error?
If you don't want to share this publically just send me an email: markus [at sign here] enkelmedia.se.

Hi Markus,
Thanks for getting back to me.
I've looked at the logs and there aren't any entries related to Newsletter Studio.

Kev

Hi again!
Just to follow up here as well,
Turns out this was an issue with different casing for URLs in the e-mail and that this in some rare cases would cause an exception.
This has been fixed in the latest versions, for Umbraco 10 that is Newsletter Studio v10.0.11: https://www.newsletterstudio.org/versions/10/
Cheers!
