As she has an IT Backgorund, she managed to deploy the solution on her PC and successfully completed a demo for her supervisor.
The only comment I got from the supervisor, is how we can send the Newsletter Email to the subscribers with the images attached so that the receiver will not have to click "Show Images" to see the Newsletter with images as soon as the email is opened.

At the moment there is no feature included to send images as attachments and I'm not sure if thats the way we will go as that would disable the tracking-feature. I think that most other email campaign tools uses links to external images.
