I really like your user interface in your Umbraco module, it's so easy to use. Also, I've sent out newsletters once to my entire user-database. Of course I had to buy a license to that, and so I did.
However, now I can't seem to get the license to work anymore. I've tried downloading a new license file and pasting it into the bin folder. I've also tried touching the web.config file.
No matter what I do, it just wont work, so now I can't sent out newsletters to my users.
This sounds strange? Did you change something? Are you using a different domain? Did you change the name of the .lic-file? What version of Newsletter Studio are you running?
It's somehow strange, I can't seem to work it out. No, I didn't change anything, I'm using one of three domains registered and I didn't change the name of the file. The file I'm using is the plain .lic-file downloaded from the userinterface at Newsletter Studio website.
I'm ruinning version 1.3.5 (apperently trial-mode) and 6.0.5 of Umbraco.
I bought a license yesterday and my newsletter studio stayes in trial mode. Umbraco version 6.1.4 Newsletter studion version 1.3.6 .lic filename newsletterstudio.lic
Is it possible that it is because my license is set to Ip addresses and not Urls?
The URL in the browser should match the URL/IP in the license. So if you have a license for 211.111.111.11 you will have to use it for http://211.111.111.11/ and if you have a license for test.dev.com you will have to use it for http://test.dev.com.
To make the licsens valid for all subdomains you can always use the top level domain (in this case dev.com).
If you need to change the ips/domains, drop an email to me markus [at sign goes here] enkelmedia.se
License not working

Can you fix my problem?
Hi!

Hi Markus,
Thanks for a quick reply :)

Hi!
Sorry for taking so long... whats the exact name of the .lic file? Did you upgrade or did you install 1.3.5 directlly?
Can you send me and email so that we can talk more about the details. markus [at sign goes here] enkelmedia.se

Hi.
I bought a license yesterday and my newsletter studio stayes in trial mode.
Umbraco version 6.1.4
Newsletter studion version 1.3.6
.lic filename newsletterstudio.lic
Is it possible that it is because my license is set to Ip addresses and not Urls?
