    Looking into Newsletter Studio

    Looking into Newsletter Studio

We are currently in the progress of migrating from a WordPress powered website to a new Umbraco powered website.

As part of this, we are also looking at how to handle our newsletter requirements. This was previously handled by the 'Newsletter Pro' WordPress plugin.

While our development partner were looking into solutions, they found articles such as the following: http://betafirm.com/stop-sending-newsletters-with-umbraco/, which I noticed you have actually responded to.

I am keen to keep the newsletter system internal, along with our website and mail systems, but I do have some questions/concerns.

I am mainly concerned with any potential performance impacts on our website and was wanting your feedback on this.

Do you offer any trial options or refunds on your product? I believe you have a trial version available, however it is limited to 20 subscribers, which really doesn't allow us to evaluate how the software performs (we have just over 2,000 subscribers) a time-limited trial would be ideal.

In addition I was surprised to find that there is no direct contact information available on your website, with a link only to the support forum and documentation.
