    Upgrading to 1.4.1

    Hi,

    Whats the process of upgrading an exisiting site from 1.3.0 to 1.4.1.

    Is it still a case of manually making the changes detailed at http://support.newsletterstudio.org/customer/portal/topics/504934-upgrading/articles or does 1.4.1 have upgrade functionality built in?

    Hi!

    Hmm.. 1.3.0... The new installer should handle the most cases but there could be some stuff that don't work. I'm not 100% sure.

    Could you try in a development enviroment?

    Keep a copy of the web.config-file in /umbraco/newsletterstudio/ as some settings may be lost due to the shift to a new settings file. I think that there could be problems with the "SenderName"-table in the ns_Newsletter table as well.

    I would try an install in a test enviroment and follow any error messages.
