Does newsletter 1.3.3 run with medium trust? I think it does run on medium trust but I cannot verify it anymore because I can't find the system requirements anymore.
We have not tested fully in medium trust. We do spin up threads during the send out otherwise there should not be any issues with the package - its just CRUD operations against the database.
If it works when you're testing it should probably run in medium trust.
