I installed and configured Newsletter Studio on dev, configured external SMTP settings, and when it's ready to go live, installed it on live server, but there is missing sections: Choose SMTP Server and and Other settings for outgoing e-mails. How to fix this.
We see this problem now and then and it's almost all the time related to permission-settings. This is becuse Newsletter Studio will have to create the config-file during the install.

I found in newsletterStudio.config already and fixed, but on clean installation was a problem U version 4.11.10
