Yes, you can turn of the click tracking by removing this render task from the list in /config/newsletterStudio.config this will disable it for all links.
If you need a special "filter" for the tracking you could remove this built in render task and create your own "filter" over it.

Is there a way to turn off click tracking for newsletters? Can click tracking be turned off only for certain links and/or for certain newsletters?
