    Error on Umbraco 7.2.4

    I installed the Newsletter Studio on Umbraco 7.2.4, but when I tried to create a new file or click in one of the options the follow message appears

    Server error: Contact administrator, see log for full details. Failed to retrieve data for child nodes undefined

    Hi!

    That sounds strange. Could you provide a screenshot?

    Sounds like permission issues during the installation... did the installer have the rights to write to the database? To web.config, to /app_plugins/ and to /config/?

    Also, check the Umbraco Tracelog (/App_Data/Logs/) to see what the specific error was. It's possible that you've a missing file somewhere

    Hi everyone ,

    Same error coming on my umbraco project too , its also break some data in store of uwebshop .

    Also error coming > if you want to delete multiple members.

    I don't know what is happening ...

    Hi Pradeep!

    The errors in uWebshop has nothing to do with Newsletter Studio as it don't touch anything concerning uWebshop.

    Did you follow the steps that i wrote to Daniel?

    Sounds like permission issues during the installation... did the installer have the rights to write to the database? To web.config, to /app_plugins/ and to /config/?

    And the questions from Robert?

    Also, check the Umbraco Tracelog (/App_Data/Logs/) to see what the specific error was. It's possible that you've a missing file somewhere

    I need to have the errors from the trace log (or from the web service response using Google developer tools) to be able to figure out why this is happening.
