I have tried to implement a use-case requested, where assigned users will create draft content (to be eventually send out) but they cant see/send the email sending options from the NS tab(where the property is located).
After draft approved, the admins will schedule the email to be send-out.
What would be your advise/best-practise for such scenario, which I assume would be a similar case requested by most:
(all within the Content section)
a) "content creators" create/edit from a template, and when they are done with it request admin to send-out. They dont see tab/get-to send it.
b) Admin's can come in (see the NS-tab) and send out the email.
Sending from Content Section

Hi!
There is not built in feature for this at the moment and there is no current plans to add something like this in the near future.
If you don't want to create something custom there's packages that hides tabs depending on your user group - like this package:
https://our.umbraco.org/projects/backoffice-extensions/attackmonkey-tab-hider
https://our.umbraco.org/forum/umbraco-7/developing-umbraco-7-packages/57017-Umbraco-7-Event-RemoveHide-tab-for-User-X
I hope that you find a good solution to this =D
Cheers!
