    24 hour delay in sending email batches

    Hi,

    Our hostingprovider limits us to send only 5000 emails per day. In newsletter studio, we send newsletters in batches of 4500 with a delay of 24 hours.

    The first batch is send well, but the following ones are not sent automatically. We have to click Try send out daily, then the next batch is sent.

    Is it supposed to work with a delay of 24 hours? And are there options to do so?

    Hi!

    The throttling feature is not built to pause for 24 hours since there is a major risk that the thread that sends the emails will be killed during this period.

    This feature is intended to be used for a pause period for some minutes - not hours.

    I would recommend you to use an external email provider like SendGrid, Mailgun or Mandrillapp.
