    Trial mode problem

    Hi

    We got this mysterious problem that Newsletter Studio (v2.1.0) is in trial mode sometimes. Restarting appPool solves this problem but we need to know why this issue is repeating.

    This is huge issue to our customer because they tries to send newsletters and they do not notice that this module is in trial mode. And after that only 20 newsletters are sent.

    Can you please help us somehow with this problem?

    Hi!

    When a client have had this issue in the past it has always been due to the fact that the domains in the license don't match the domain that is used on the first start up.

    If you are hosting on ie. Azure or something else you also need to have the azure-website domainname in the license since the sites could restart and be started from the that domain.

    Could you describe more about your current setup?
