Nah, looks like Edge have the same problem for me.
I don't think this is related at all to that Chrome problem. It seems this issue comes up if you add skins, or remove them altogether and try to put them back.
There is a 7.3.4 now that should fix dropdowns. Maybe this will fix the skin chooser issue at least.
