Hello,
I have a site, for which I have bought a license. It is no longer being recognized, and the plugin has, as a consequence, reverted to trial-mode.
I have tried to re-download the license, upload it again and recycle the app-pool as instructed, but to no avail.
What gives?

How are you hosting the web site? Azure? In that case you need your azure-website domain included for the license since this domain often is used to start the site.

No, it is hosted on www.unoeuro.dk :)
It was working fine for almost 9 months, but stopped working mid-december (according to my client).
I can't find a license for that site in our systems. Could you send me an email (markus [at sign goes here] enkelmedia.se) so we can sort it out?

Was this a problem with the host and if so, how do you fix it? I might be running NS on there in the future.
