    Newsletter Studio not sending emails

    We recently purchased a Newsletter Studio licence (2.1.4) and installed with our Umbraco instance (7.2.1) without issue. We are creating email templates and the preview and test email works fine.

    However, when we try to send from a mailing list nothing appears to happen and we can't find any diagnostic information to help us understand why it is not working.

    Can you please point us at the right place to look for clues on this?

    Hi!

    First of all thanks for using the package!

    All error details should be logged in the trace log (found in app_data/logs) - have you looked there?

    What happens with your UI when you try to send? Do you see any errors or so in the UI?

    Hi Markus

    many thanks for the prompt reply, we are under a bit of time pressure here.

    I have some screen grabs that show the messages we got and the relevant lines from the logfile - we can't see what the issue might be. I will forward the images to you by email rather than posting here if that's OK.
