    Problem with sending newsletter via newsletterstudio

    Hello,

    I have a little problem with the newsletterstudio. I installed it on our customer’s website. But now I get the error-message you can see below. My colleague and I searched for the reason of this problem. My colleague restartet the sql-server and after that it worked. But only for one time.

    Strange is, that the test-email gets sent from the newsletterstudio.

    Does anybody has an idea?

    Hi!

    Thanks for using the package! What version are you running? Could you share the error message in clear text or in English please?

    Do you have a lot of members on the site? Are you using umbraco members or subscribers from the mailing lists in Newsletter Studio?

    The error seams to accour in the GetMembersInRole-method which might be a sign that there is some very heavy stuff going on there?

    Hi! we are using newsletterStudio 2.1.4

    For now we have already a solution for this problem. We changed the TCP/IP Properties.

    I know it is in german, because our customers are all from germany :)

    Not sure if I understand. An configuration issue on your server? Not with the package? Or can I do something to help?

    Hi! It was just a configuration on our server. We did no configuration in your package. Only on our SQL-Server.
