    RichtextEditor-Plugins for picking content doesn't get displayed

    Hello together,

    I've got one problem with the plugins for the newsletterstudio-Richtext-Editor:

    The Plugins are in the tinymceConfig, I can select them in the backoffice, but they don't get displayed in the richtext-editor in the newsletterstudio-section. Here some pictures to show you the Problem:

    There is one thing that is strange for me: When I go to the developer-section to the Richtext Editor Newsletter Stiudio-DataType and change the property editor, in the newsletter-section he still shows me the richtexteditor with standard-button at the beginning.

    Does anybody has an idea for this problem?

    Or is there a way to define which DataType is used in the newsletterstudio-section?

    Hi!

    Yes, you need to set this under "Newsletter Studio -> Settings" there is a "Rich Text Editor Data Type Id". If you set this to the id of your "Richtext Editor Newsletter Studio" it should work.

    This might be related to permissions issues during install - normally Newsletter Studio should handle this.

    that's the solution of my problem. I put in the right Richtext Editor-ID and now it works :)
